Do you accept walk-ins?

We leave a portion of the dining room and the bar available for walk-ins each evening. These tables and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Walkins are available from 4pm and we do offer a waitlist on the day of.

We offer extremely limited waiting areas within the restaurant, so while waiting for your reservation we encourage staying in your vehicle until our concierge team calls your party to confirm its availability.


Do you have a patio?

Yes, Rizzo’s has an outdoor seating area fitted with picnic tables and umbrellas for shade. We offer the same experience outdoors as we do in our main dining room. Walk-ins only.

How do I make a reservation?

We take all reservations exclusively online via OpenTable.
If you do not see availability for your desired party size, please check another date.
Reservations become available 6 weeks in advance with new reservations released at 12 AM EST



How long is my reservation dining time?

We allocate a seating time of 1.5 hours for parties of two to four and 1 hour 45 minutes for parties of five or more.


Do you accomodate seating preferences?

We we will do our very best to accommodate seating preferences. However, as a small restaurant it may not be possible to be located in certain areas or connected/beside other groups of reservations.

Do you offer complimentary desserts for birthdays or celebrations?

No. However, we do offer an ample-sized dessert offering that can be ordered from. Please be sure to let our service team know of any special occassion so we can ensure it is recognized and noted to our entire team.

Do you offer takeout?

We offer our entire menu for takeout. Please order HERE. We do not currently offer a delivery service.

Can I call in or direct message you on Instagram to make a reservation?

Though we cannot guarantee reservations over the phone, we can certainly provide availability of our next available table. We highly encourage all reservations be booked online via OpenTable. Any request for a reservation via Instagram will be directed to OpenTable.

Should you wish to enquire about the waitlist for a particular date, please Email, or, add your party size and name to the waitlist through OpenTable. Though we cannot guarantee a table if you’re on the waitlist, we will call you as soon as one becomes available.

Who do I contact for media inquiries, career opportunities or partnerships?

All inquiries about employment, media, partnerships, events or special requests should be submitted by email. From there, you will be forwarded to the appropriate person(s). Email


How do I make changes to my reservation?

To change or cancel an existing reservation, or inquire about dietary restrictions or allergies, please adjust directly through Open Table or email.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the reservation time. If you are going to be late please email.

How do I get to Rizzo’s?

From Toronto:
Take the Gardiner Expressway West towards etobicoke. Exit southeast onto the QEW and follow this highway for 135km continuing towards Niagara Falls/Fort Erie. Exit at Regional Road 116 (Sodom/Gorham) and continue south for 14km to Farr Avenue. We are located on the southwest side of the intersection.

From Buffalo:
Take Interstate I-190 northwest towards the Peace Bridge. Take exit 9 towards Peace Bridge. Note: there are entry requirements such as Passport presentation or Nexus clearence. Once crossed, continue on for 2.5 km, merging onto Thompson Rd/Niagara 122. Turn right on Garrison Rd. Continue for 10km. Turn left on Gorham Rd, and continue for 6km to Farr Avenue. We are located on the southwest side of the intersection.

Can I book a large group in the main dining room?

Our largest availability online is for parties of 6. Large parties over 7 guests may inquire via email

Separate reservations may not be combined to accommodate groups. When booking reservations, please include children & infants in the party size.


Can I book a large group in the Private Dining Room?

Parties or 10 or more guests may inquire via email to book within our private dining room. A shareable family-style menu at multiple price points is available to enjoy. Please email info@rizzoshouseofparm.com for more information.

Where is the Private Dining Room?

Our private dining room is located in our basement, below the main dining room. It is fitted with a private entrance, coat closet, and private bathroom. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.


Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes. Please specify in your booking of any dietary restrictions your party has and our staff can identify appropriate offerings. Currently, we do not have gluten free pasta alternatives. In addition, we do house large volumes of gluten in-house and cannot guarantee avoidance of cross-population throughout our space.

Is Rizzo’s House of Parm an accessible space?

Yes, we are accessible on our ground floor. However, our private dining room is located down a single flight of stairs.


Can we bring in our own dessert or wine? Decorations?

Our corkage fee is $20 per 750ml bottle and our cake cutting fee is $3 per guest. We kindly ask our guests to not bring decorative items into the restaurant. We do not allow guests to bring pre portioned desserts.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Gift cards can be purchased in house for $50, $100, $150, or $200. These gift cards can be used for dine-in ONLY.
